All foods should be consumed in moderation. The healthiest food groups we should consume most are whole grains, nuts, legumes, fruits, grass-fed meat and vegetables.

I have listed some incredible foods which are healthy and not boring to eat:-
1. Apples
The Apple is rich in vitamin C, fiber and various antioxidants.
Apples are also very fulfilling fruit which is perfect as snacks.
2. Bananas
Banana is very high in potassium, although, it is considered as the one of the world’s best sources of potassium. It is also rich in vitamin B6 and fiber
3. Pomegranate
Chock–full of antioxidants, that neutralises harmful free radicals, which damage tissues and may contribute to a variety of chronic conditions, such as heart disease, Alzheimer’s and cancer. An amazing source of good source of folate, potassium, vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin K.
4. Strawberries
Strawberries are loaded with fiber, manganese and vitamin C, and is also one of the mosy delicious fruit in this world. Strawberries are highly nutritious, and are low in both carbs and calories.
5. Blueberries
Blueberries are one of the most powerful sources of antioxidants and are very delicious as well. When it comes to the nutritional value of fruits, blueberries are in a league of their own.
