How can learn English easily

I'm going to tell you few method in which your English fluency is going to improve drastically within months.  If you are passionate to learn English, you can learn English. Don’t worry just keep calm just follow these steps.

1.Learn some basic grammar

You should learn first all basic grammar concepts because, if your basic concepts is not clear than you will face so many difficulty to learn English. You can learn grammar from books or online. Try to learn from starting than you can understand every thing clearly.

2.Improve your vocabulary

If you have not sufficient vocabulary so you will stuck whenever you will speak, don't remember vocabulary very much daily took 5 to 10 words and type on google firstly you should understand what is the meaning of that word , search synonyms ,antonyms of that word and as well as search some idioms depend on that word.

Thus, really you will enhance your vocabulary as well as if you are student then it will help for your competitive exams. Make a notes
and write all difficult vocabulary and read weekly or monthly than you never forgot that vocabulary.

3.Change your environment

If really want to learn English, you should change your environment First of all. Please take your smart phone and subscribe some English shows like coffee with Karan ,if you fond of watching movies then turn on subtitle if you are beginner then watch bollywood movies in hindi with english subtitle if you are advanced ,watch Hollywood movies without subtitle and if you have enough leisure time, you can also listen English songs and one more thing take English newspaper and try to understand syntax and add some vocabulary as well as your current affairs will be improve if you fond of reading books, magazine, watching videos on YouTube then try to listen and reading in English. You can also take a novel whenever you will complete that novel would have vast vocabulary and you will understand very well how can make sentence.

4.Make speaking partner

Speaking partner or do some conversation with friends or family members can play a mandatory don't worry about mistake if you do mistake than you learn more. speak any thing in your English choose a good partner who has experience try to use your vocabulary whenever you are speaking Just BE CONFIDENT about yourself and don't worry about mistake cos without mistake you can't learn English. Participate in group discussion  you can learn more in group discussion compare to self reading.

5.Try to think in English

Try to think in English because we always think in Hindi it is problem our self Firstly you will face difficulty in thinking in English but if will try daily you will be accustomed if think in English there is no one listen you so if you do some mistake no problem. For thinking best topics is your daily works means what was you doing in your hole day that all thing think in English or you can think in english what is your future plan.

6.Consistency

It is very important point because many people face problem like they are busy in their offices, schools, colleges but wherever you are, your focus should be English like whenever you are communicate with people then try to speak 2-3 sentences in English thus your confidence will be improve. You can make target for yourself, achieve your goal everyday.

We use English in four tasks Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking.

1. For Reading, I suggest start reading English Newspaper, Interviews of Famous personalities, Autobiographies, Blogs on topics your are fond of, etc. You will encounter words you don't know the meaning, make list of those words, find meanings of them and start using in your daily conversations.

2. For Writing, start writing a daily dairy on a notebook or start an online blog. You can start answering questions on Quora itself.

3. For Listening, You can watch English movies, shows, songs. This is the basic step. If you want to improve your listening skills more start listening to podcasts, audio books, follow some you-tube channels and listen to them.

4. For Speaking, there is only one way to improve i.e. start conversing in English without any hesitation with your friends, colleagues, parents, siblings etc. if you speak than you know your mistake and than you can improve very well.

Nobody can learn all of the English language. No need to worry about trying. A useful short-cut to learning is that in English we have lots of words that have the same pronunciation, but a different spelling and meaning.

Once you have a basic level of English explore the different ways you can say the same thing. This makes your English more interesting to the listener and it shouldn’t be too difficult for you because you already know the basics.

One more thing that is very important is Practice, keep practicing.

Good luck :)

Online selling is not like traditional selling. You don’t have much scope of selling your items outside your local market but in online selling, you can sell your product all over the country.

There are 2 ways to sell anything online. Either, you can create your own website and sell your products from your website OR become a seller on any famous shopping portal like Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, Snapdeal etc. I have seen many Amazon and Flipkart sellers who don’t have any product but still they are selling number of products on these sites.

How to reduce body fat

A Simple step plan to loss body weight, follow these tips for most effective weight loss.

Fat loss can be achieved through various methods. However, some are faster than others. Faster doesn’t mean better always, especially when we are talking about fat loss, because the truth is, the faster the process the less healthy it is.

I mean DIETS like the original PSMF or Protein Sparing Modified Fast can make you lose up to 10 lbs in one week, of course, most of those will be water weight but you still can lose up to 3 maybe 4 lbs of fat in one week which is crazy.

But the charm end there, because this type of Diets will only give you diminishing returns in the long run and they may cause some serious health issues, so am glad you asked about the proper way to reduce body fat instead of the fastest way to do so.

Reducing body fat is an individual process. which mean that every person is different than others both physiologically and psychologically,  and both aspects matter because at the end of the day we are not machines. We are humans and we have our own preferences and personalities.

1. Eat A Lot Of Vegetables and greens:

I think I don't need to clarify why it is so important to eat enough veggies every day because everyone even the regular folks know how vital they are in the process of building a healthy body.
and they are even more important when you are in a caloric deficit and your body is struggling with a lot of stress and deprivation. So make sure get at least 3 cups of veggies per day,  and try to vary your sources as much as possible to get a wide spectrum of micro nutrients.

2. Get Adequate Protein Intake Daily:

After establishing a caloric deficit, the most important thing is to get an adequate amount of protein, because you don't want to lose your hard earned muscles alongside your body fat, unless you love being skinny then you don't need much protein. But even if you are not interested in looking muscular, losing muscle is a bad move because muscle is active metabolic tissue that will increase your BMR at rest.

Generally, try to get at least 0.8 gram per lb of lean body weight, this should be a good starting point for most people. But, if you are in a very huge deficit you may need to up it to something like 1.5 gram per lb of body weight.

Best protein sources include Eggs, Chicken and Turkey Breasts, Beef, Fish and Whey protein supplements. If you are vegan then try pea protein powder.

3. Exercise is very effective at reducing belly fat:

Every day go for a 20 minute walk in the morning and another one in the evening. If you are doing Gym  than work 3-4x training sessions with weights (use big compound lifts such as squats, bench press, lay pull down etc) and go heavy, lift in the range of 4-6 reps, meaning the weight is so heavy that you could lift it 4 times but no more than 6. 4 to 5 sets with 2 minimum rest in between is more than enough. We do this to try try and spare as much muscle tissue as possible and lose as much fat as possible

4. Drink water.

Drink at least 8 glasses of water to get a healthy bloat-free body to substitute those sugary drinks. Drinking water increases the level of calories you burn up to 24%-30%. drinking water before meals also leads to reduced calories intake.
Drink warm water immediately after you wake up in the morning. Have at least half litter warm water. Drink unsweetened coffee. Coffee is a healthy beverage that is loaded with antioxidants and other beneficial compounds. It also supports weight loss by increasing energy levels and the amount of calories you burn.

5. Get Enough Sleep:

It may seem like an outdated advice but trust me it is crucial, i can tell you by experience that the most roadblock  i had to overcome when trying to get shredded is to adopt good sleeping habits.

Sleep deprivation will do basically two things:

1-Increase Cortisol production:

which is your stress hormone and it is a catabolic hormone, unlike testosterone. Also, high Cortisol levels will inhibit testosterone production since they are both made from the same enzymes. Also cortisol is the hormone responsible for you holding fat on your lower abs.

2-It decreases Insulin Sensitivity:

decreased insulin sensitivity will make the process of burning stubborn body fat nearly impossible, heck some people may even get leaner by just improving their Insulin Sensitivity because it improves fat distribution.

6. Avoid:

Avoid oily food
Avoid fat and carbs
Avoid cold drink
Avoid Liquid Calories
